My children are my World

In November 2020 my partner started having Seizures I came home on my break from Dairy Farming to find My partner had had another seizure My children were only 5,6,7 and 8 yrs old so did not know what was happening or what to do Thankfully we got her to the hospital She was put in a coma and did recover.We got her a St John medical alarm and taught the kids how to use it and luckily they did as she had many more seizures On February 17th 2021 my youngest Brother took his own life and this was such a traumatic time for the Family My partner kept having seizures and many ambulance trips to the Hospital In September 2021 she had a big seizure and we found out we were 11 weeks pregnant with our 5th child The pregnancy was not an easy one Severe morning sickness and seizures and hospital trips I have had to take a step back from my Dairy farming job to look after her and the children The house came with the job so we were going to have to find somewhere else to live

On the 5th April 2022 our beautiful wee baby boy arrived very suddenly We only just made it to the Hospital He was very blue and having difficulty breathing and had very low blood sugars He was taken by Helicopter from Balclutha Hospital to Dunedin Hospital at only 5 hours old My partner was very unwell but thankfully is doing better but baby is still not well He has club feet and still low sugars Thank you for taking time to hear our story and thank you for any Donations to help us though this worrying time
