My Corona needs your help please

A few months back I wanted to do a kind deed and I lent out my car for a week to a trusted person, I asked for car back as had a bad feeling she wasn't good, came back with a smashed windscreen, blown tyre thru a sidewall and was a near new tyre, dash ripped, locks unusable, the engine is now running really bad on 3 cylinders with a major oil leak, 5x worse than before, and the amount of thick mud on it was insane. I had not long before car left my hands had fixed everything motor wise including boot seals. Bear in mind this is a old 1990 Corona. I came here to ask for help please as I am a solo mother living week to week barely and need my girly. Had a brand new wof and reg and are now on hold esp rego.

So far there has been zero accountability to fix from other party
