Need help with urgent dog surgery

I need to pay the vet after my dog needed major surgery. She got plastic stuck inside her and was dying. Now Ive a vet bill of 3048.25. If anyone can help i would appreciate it so much IM sick with worry. I basically spent all my wood money and Christmas money for a deposit and put the rest on Afterpay which I can’t pay. Kora is my anxiety dog I rescued her 4 years ago from SPCA she had been terribly abused and was scared of everything even the wind.
