A fundraiser to help our family cover part of our grandmother’s unexpected hospital and funeral costs after her passing in New Zealand.

It is with great sadness that we share the passing of our beloved grandmother.

She came to New Zealand from Fiji on a visitor visa to spend time with family. During her visit, her health suddenly declined and she was diagnosed with acute pulmonary oedema. Despite medical care, she sadly passed away.

Her loss has been deeply painful for our family. On top of the grief, we are now facing unexpected hospital bills and funeral expenses. Due to her age, we were unable to get travel insurance for her trip, so these costs now need to be covered by our family.

We want to give her a respectful farewell and would be truly grateful for any support. Any donation, big or small, would mean a lot to us. If you are unable to donate, sharing this page would also be greatly appreciated.
