We are here looking for a life line for our mother who has just been told the devastating news by her doctor she has 18 months to live.
If I could describe the worst case scenario for our family then it would be learning the news of our mum having been told she has cancer. She is the rock between all of us. She always listens, is nonjudgmental, understands and keeps us going through life's hurdles
We are an extremely close family like you would see in a TV show or movie with so many ups and downs and our bond is forever strong. I wish every person could have the opportunity to meet our mum to feel her warm and extremely kind spirit and feel her support towards you
Maureen has had Multiple Myeloma for 7 years and has been successfully fighting it with treatments from government and a desire to live.
Unfortunately the medication (Daratumumab) that she desperately needs is no longer funded in New Zealand and we need your help

Use of funds
The money will be spent on treatment called Daratumumab for Multiple Myeloma cancer which is unfunded in NZ. With the cost at more than $100k per year, Maureen needs your help!
