It's been three weeks now since surgery and all is going well! The family are staying at Ronald McDonald House next door to Starship with daily testing.

They have even managed some outings to feed the birds and the zoo!

Jasher's sister Raukura turned 3 and loved her fairy cake!

Not long to go now and they can finally come home... xxx

Jasher is up and walking around now. His Nanny & Grandad took him for his first walk around the ward this afternoon with his wee sister Raukura and cousin Chanelle and of course his daddy Royce. He is doing so well. So happy and proud of him. He's a real little trooper. Naomi is doing really well too. Jasher couldn't wait to venture out of his room, of course he had to wear a mask but that didn't matter to Jasher.

  • Super Kidney!

Doctors say Naomi has given Jasher a 'super kidney' as it's so healthy. Jasher delighted in telling us he now has three kidneys (his two little ones which never grew). Naomi has now moved to Ronald McDonald House next to Starship and is feeling good, as is Jasher. It may be a couple of weeks before he can move there too. They have asked for nothing and it was totally my idea to set up and help out.... Thank you all!!

It was an awesome day today finally getting to see these two at Starship. They are in two different buildings which is a little hard. Jasher is in good spirits "but I'm still in pain" he tells us! Still cheeky and doing amazing the docs reckon. His mums kidney has taken really well. Mum is a bit sore but moving around a bit. They are incredibly grateful for all the help and support you all are giving. Six more weeks before they can come home.... Let's ensure we make sure they have no worries when they do!!
