Help Napier Girls' high Volleyball team go to Nationals!!!!

Hawke's Bay

The Secondary schools' National volleyball tournament is coming up very soon on the 24th of March to the 30th of March in Palmerston North. Napier girls have put in a team of 10 girls (including myself) for the Nationals tournament. However, we have relied heavily on the grant that is usually given to us at the beginning of the season which reduces the cost to around $200 per player. This year we have unfortunately not been given this grant so the cost per player is around $750 each! The team has come up with multiple ways of fundraising for the event. This page is for anyone who would like to donate money to team.

All the money that is donated to this page will be given straight to the team to divide equally so that the cost per player can come down.

2% Effective Fee
On average, fundraisers pay just 2% to use Givealittle. This is one of the lowest effective fees in New Zealand fundraising. We charge a 5% platform fee to cover the cost of running the platform. Because most donors choose to top up their donation to cover this fee, the effective cost paid by fundraisers is about 2%. That means around 98 cents of every dollar raised goes to the cause.
