Natalie's Gender Confirmation Surgeries

I have reached the final stages of my medical transition from male to female, and I need some help with this final step. Trans-affirming medical procedures promote better mental health outcomes for transgender people. Gender affirmative surgeries lead to improvement in gender dysphoria and quality of life, and a reduction of psychological symptoms. Transition has been an expensive undertaking for me, and I still require two important medical procedures: breast augmentation, and a mid face lift to feminize the lower part of my face. These surgeries will mean the end of my medical transition, and create the best results.
