    50m Breaststroke 46.09 (-00.15) SC

    400m Freestyle 5:44.48 (-20.25) SC

    200m Backstroke 2:57.01 (-04.74) SC

    400m Individual Medley 6:31.59 (-02.22) SC

    50m Butterfly 45.43 (-04.79) SC

    50m Freestyle 36.03 (-00.54) SC

    100m Backstroke 1:24.05 (-02.77) SC.

It was announced I broke a record - watch this space for the official results!

Also, I did a bit of raffle fundraising for Tri-Series with fellow competitor, Lucas.
