Although I have left my home under threat of eviction by bailiffs, I still hope to save the forest if I can find someone to buy it.
I wanted to update the appeal to tell people this.
I don't expect any further donations, but anything donated from now on, will be used to cover the costs for fencing to secure the rabbits at my new home.

I have had to give up the fight to save a forest full of trees,birds, insects and worms.
Under threat of eviction by bailiffs I have had to leave my home and forest to an awful fate .
Julia-Anne Luckens and Lindsay Rowlands have kindly taken me and my animals in to share their home with the cats in their sanctuary.
I have spent the $850 you have jointly given to feed and re-home my animals.
The house and the land and all the life dependent upon it will be sold.
I ask that you spread the word that it will be available and hopefully someone who can save the forest will purchase it to do so.

Hello.
I have a Rat sanctuary.
Rats around my home were being poisoned by neighbours so I caught and caged them in large 3 level cages.
It is not an ideal solution but it saved the lives of over 200 Ratties so far.

Hi Everyone.
No news really other than to say we remain at risk of eviction. I believe the property will be sold to property developers who will destroy our forest and kill all the life therein including Native Kereru, Tui and Piwakawaka.
I ask that you frequently share my appeal and talk about it to people who care about Forest, Trees and the Environments.
My photos are not great.
I invite anyone who lives in Auckland to come an visit our Beautiful Forest while she still stands.

Pictured below are Columbine and Ccelandine rabbits who had four babies, Saffron, Amaryllis, Amaranth and Comfrey; they were in the covered box. I have no good photos of them.
I adopted Columbine and Celandine in May 2018 and discovered that Columbine was pregnant to her brother! Their three babies, now 2 years 4 months, are healthy so far and hopefully will not develop any congenital health issues.

Obviously this photo is photo shopped; I have some photos on film of a Kereru in our forest but have not been able to get them developed; I saw two on the neightbour's roof yesterday but didn't have the phone with me and they were gone before i could even get inside to get it!
