A once in a life time opportunity, but we need your help.
Native Ride TV series was a huge success and gained international recognition! The team has been invited to attend the Equus International Film Festival in Montana, USA in September 2024. This annual event will also include world class clinics with experts that our Native Ride would learn so much from.
$80,000 is what we need to raise so all Native Ride crew get the chance to attend the festival - all funds raised will help pay for airfares and accommodation of the Naive Ride crew invited to attend. We have a Delegation of 20. The 8 Native Ride contestants are our fundraising priority and they will be joined by our Judges and crew.
Native Ride is a TV Series on Whakaata Māori / Māori TV that aired late 2023 - the series was hugely popular and gained a strong and loyal following. The Native Riders took 4 horses from wild to willing to celebrate the first year of Te Hapori Hōiho - The National Māori Horse Association. The series was produced by Kapu Tī Productions.

I have proudly watched and supported the growth in awareness of the series as I believe in the strength of the Native Ride kaupapa and the opportunities it creates for the riders. I am one of Native Ride TV series biggest fans and supporters.
Use of funds
All funds raised will be paid to Michelle, who created the Native Ride TV Series, and will be used on the travel for the delegation of 20 to attend the festival. The priority being the 8 Native Ride contestants from Season 1.
