*need help* car insurance repairs

This was my last resort and I have came here seeking help, I'm only 18 and have got my self in a bit of a situation. I was driving to school overtook someone and they weren’t to happy about it, they then sped past me and slammed on their brakes. Then blamed me for the accident. Which has made me come here. At the time I couldn’t afford car insurance, As I was living off part time wages.

The last year and a half have been really hard for me as I have been living on my own, and have no support from family . 5700 is a lot for me at the moment as I have also have to pay for rent and expenses. Also now have to pay for repair fees for my car.

I have also tried seeking legal help but as the law clearly says if you hit the back of someone’s car you’re in fault. So there will be no point in me going to court for it. Any donations will mean heaps.
