Need Help to live in healthy living conditions

I never thought I'd be writing something like this. I don't ask for help because it's embarrassing & to have to share my living situation makes me feel I'm not even a person.

Daily life includes agonizing pain, cockroaches, rodents, mold and staring at cold damp walls.

Everything I own is now in a 1 1/2 car garage, we have our bedroom, lounge and kitchen in an area that you'd park your car and store some boxes, with the Shower etc is outside.

Life is only bearable because of my 3 dogs who are my world.

But living in unhealthy conditions is not good for any of us & I'd do anything for my dogs.

We need help, to insulate the garage properly to prevent the little I own that's left from getting more damage from mold and be warmer than the outside

I have avoided telling people about my living situation because I feel pathetic. But we have to continue living here so I have to be honest and say I need help to make it at least liveable in the most basic sense of dry walls and floors that aren't freezing & damp.

There are people who won't want me to do this because they don't want anyone knowing that this is how a family member has to live.

But my dogs are my world so for them I'll put my pride and dignity above anything & anyone else.

Without help it'll only get worse because it's cold, damp, dusty and dirty and unhealthy for my dogs let alone me. I do everything so my dogs are looked after because without them I'm nothing.
