We're returning to Nepal to hand over our Social Enterprise to another NGO, to say proper goodbyes, and to pick up our precious things.

Almost four years ago, we were evacuated from Nepal as a result of the pandemic. Getting out on those emergency flights was quite the ordeal - we left in such a rush that we didn't get to say goodbyes, didn't get to close off loose ends.
Finally we're able to return to end that season properly. The reason it's taken SO LONG to plan is we've been working for two years to be able to hand over our Social Enterprise to someone who will be able to really bless Nepal. Everything is now in order for it to be taken over by Love Justice (www.lovejustice.ngo), which will enable one of their team to stay in the country long term and contribute to their anti human-trafficking efforts.
We feel a bit awkward asking for support for this, as you've already been SO generous to us... but we're just not in a position to make this happen without some help. If you're able, please consider partnering with us in this last step in our Nepal journey.
Blessings!
Rachel, Jacob, Mari and Jon
This will cover the shortfall from what we've been given and have set aside ourselves:
Remainder on flights ($3050), accomodation ($900), food ($540), transport ($300), insurance ($550) and vaccinations (eek).
Very kind of you friends. It's amazing to know there's fellow kiwis who understand the same journey
Thanks so so much!
