We're reaching out with heavy hearts, seeking your support for our beloved wife, mum, and nanny, Jeannette Young-Smith (known as Nette to many). On October 20th, 2022, she was diagnosed with irreversible Stage 4 Lung cancer. The Erlotinib which is a funded treatment held the cancer at bay for 12 months, but last week, we learned of a new mutation, rendering the current treatment ineffective.
A glimmer of hope lies in Tagrisso, but it comes at a staggering cost of $10,879.00 per month. This is Mum's best chance at more quality time with family and friends. We urgently need your help to overcome this financial barrier.
