New Fencing for Whakatu RDA

$20,000 is needed to repair, replace and install new fencing to make the hilly paddocks safe for these hard working horses.

Some of the fencing on the land where the horses graze needs renewing, for the protection of the horses and their wellbeing.

It is a poriority to raise funds so that all the existing fencing can be renewed fencing put in to replace temporary fencing.

About us

Whakatu RDA provides professionally supervised and tailored riding therapy for those with disabilities of all ages. The benefits of riding therapy include; building body strength, improved coordination, developing confidence and self-esteem.

Use of funds

Funds will be used to engage a contractor to survey, repair and replace all old, damaged or unsuitable fencing and gates.
