New therapy horse needed - Rikki is on trial with us to see if she fits the bill!
Waikato Equitherapy urgently needs to raise funds to purchase a very special horse for their riders.

Our riders get so much joy from riding and spending time with the horses at the Centre. We urgently need to find another truly special horse. We are looking for a small, well-built horse with a great temperament who will enjoy being the centre of attention! Must be fit and healthy with great feet, and under ten years of age. Must enjoy being much loved! Please help us raise the funds needed!
About us
Our wonderful horses, volunteers and staff provide therapy and education to so many children and adults with special needs each year.
Waikato Equitherapy is a family friendly, fun place to make new friends and learn new skills. Please support us!
Use of funds
The money will be spent on purchasing a horse. Any additional funds will go towards the cost of gear for the horse and towards their keep. If we don't reach the target, any money raised will still go towards the purchase of a horse/and or gear.

We have now purchased Rikki. Thank you so much to all the people who donated and made it possible. She is a lovely mare and I hope we have her for many years. She is shaping up to be a great therapy horse.
