Nga Kaihoe o Te Puaha - Taitamaahine

Ngā Kaihoe o Te Puaha Waka Ama Club was established in July 2019 to meet the growing needs of Waka Ama in Pukekohe and Tuakau. In addition to the sport of waka ama we promote tikanga Māori, good sportsmanship and a healthy dose of competitiveness. We believe in the importance of healthy lifestyles, commitment, teamwork, courage and respect for others, and for our environment; all life skills fostered through the sport of Waka Ama.

Every day of the week we provide opportunities for the young people of Tuakau, Pukekohe, Pokeno, Port Waikato and the wider Franklin district, to be involved in a healthy, safe and supported sporting experience.
