Nikki’s Story

Most of you know Nikki Cockburn - she is a campaigner for a good cause and a champion to those who feel lost and who are struggling with life. She shares her generosity and her kindness literally everywhere she can. In these past several years, Nikki has been through an incredible ordeal with the health system who have completely let her down. She was given a drug long term, without any alarm bells, that terminated two pregnancies and gave her Cushings Syndrome. Due to this stress to her body, Nikki’s skin has irreparable damage. ACC reviewed her case and assigned a percentage to each issue, giving her skin a very small percentage of damage - which is completely wrong. Now Nikki would like to fight to dispute this review but has been told it will cost $2000 to do so. Nikki has already lost so much and this seems like a too big of a goal. Which is why I think her friends and family might be able have her back as she has done for us so many times.
