No. 8 Wire Mongol Rally Team's involvement (page creator)

Cool Earth is the official charity of the Mongol Rally, and we have to raise a minimum of £500 for them to take part in the rally. We also have to raise an additional £500 for the charity(ies) of our choice, as a minimum. Our aim is to raise a minimum of $1,000 for each of our three charities: Cool Earth, NZ Red Cross and the NZ SPCA.

Please use our fundraiser page to contribute to all three of our charities.

2% Effective Fee
On average, fundraisers pay just 2% to use Givealittle. This is one of the lowest effective fees in New Zealand fundraising. We charge a 5% platform fee to cover the cost of running the platform. Because most donors choose to top up their donation to cover this fee, the effective cost paid by fundraisers is about 2%. That means around 98 cents of every dollar raised goes to the cause.
