This story is about Bianca Mataua nee Ormsby and the plight to be reunited with her then 18mth old daughter, Sydney whom now is 4yrs old.

In 2010 Bianca has shared custody arrangements in the U.S with father Adam Thomas.

With unintended actions & not realizing how much was at stake.

Bianca came to her native country of New Zealand with Sydney for a holiday. She had return tickets and school, a job & pending court case to return too.

Two days into thier holiday she was notified that she was being accussed of kiddnapping her own child.

A bombardment of abuse and threats began through social media & other. Bianca is scared for the welfare of Sydney and herself.

FBI is now hunting for her. She never hid, she had a lawyer in NZ working vigorously to clear her name.

Due to the hague convention, Sydney is returned to the U.S

Trumped up charges and being frightened for her life Bianca is scared to return to the U.S

She trys to move forward with her life. She Marries Ken Mataua and have a wee son (2012) whom at birth was called to the heavens to be a baby angel of god.

Unable to move forward Bianca must return to the U.S to seek justice & regain custody of Sydney whom was so wrongfully taken from her.

BIANCA RETURNS TO THE U.S

arrested immediatly sent to L.A county jail, from there sent to Federal detention centre.

Upon release was arrested again by state police ( state of Michigan) for the same charges of Parental Interferance & Kidnapping. Was taken back to prison.

Finally released on bond Bianca was able to go home to Michigan but whilst in NZ trying to sort the pending kidnapping charges Bianca was forced to miss the court hearing back in the U.S Unable to pay the $19,000 dollar bond Bianca was sent back to Jail again.

BIANCA APPEALED THE BOND she was successful and released.

ALL CHARGES ARE DROPPED

Bianca has to refund Adams flight costs to NZ when he came to collect Sydney.

These kidnapping charges were filed months before Bianca came to NZ for a holiday with Sydney.

Bianca has been back in the U.S for over a year now and still has not seen or heard from her daughter.

This was not the Adam that was portrayed on Close Up NZ interview.

EVERY CHILD DESERVES BOTH LOVING PARENTS.

Any money contributed with love and support will be used to pay their immediate debts with the courts, the lawyers and investigators. Unable to keep up with expenditures Bianca had to stop investigators who uncovered facts that will help have her daughter back into life.
