Nunu was rescued from a terrible neglect situation. He had an abscess on his leg that was left untreated and it infected the joint. This has caused permanent damage to the ligaments and tendons and is causing Nunu a huge amount of trouble. He can hardly walk on it.
We sought specialist advice but there is no other option but to remove his leg.
Nunu is only 10 months old and has endured a terrible start. Now in our care, and desexed, microchipped, flead and wormed, Nunu will be able to live a long and happy life after his leg surgery.

PAW Kitties is a non-profit organisation based in Auckland, New Zealand. We take in unwanted, stray cats and re-home when the time is right.
Averaging 200 cats per year, all are desexed, vaccinated, microchipped, flead and wormed.
