Hi everyone, my name is Georgia. I’m the Mum/Owner of Big Boy Ollie, he is a 3 Year Old Kelpie x Hunterway. Ollie came into my life when I was struggling a lot and I was in a very dark place, having him has not only supported me mentally but physically and I am not yet ready to say Goodbye.

UPDATE:

Ollie has had the TPLO surgery and is recovering nicely - the total cost for this surgery was 7.5k!

Now that his surgery has been completed the next step is, physiotherapy weekly and post op Xrays which are about $800.

Sadly, our insurance only covers up to $600 of this large amount including all consults/physio therapy and X-rays. We have already exceed this amount with his pre operation appointments.

I ask that you please help me get him back to full health and happiness by donating a small amount. This will help cover X-rays, surgery costs, physio therapy and toys to support his stimulation.

Specialist Update! 21 January 2023

Ollie has been to a specialist and had sedated Xrays, it has been confirmed that he definitely has a Crucial Ligament Tear and Arthritis we will be going ahead with the surgery once we have managed to come up with the funds.

For the mean time, Ollie has been booked in to do some hydrotherapy each week to hopefully help with inflammation and also stimulate him more. He is taking additional supplements to support joints and arthritis.
