One Last Hug: Raising Funds to See My Best Friend in the US
Help me say goodbye to my best friend, Cenah, in the US. She’s dying of kidney failure. Please donate to help me travel this November.

My name is Alyssa, and I am asking for your help during an urgent and heartbreaking time.
For nearly two years, my best friend, Cenah, has been in the US waiting on the kidney transplant list. Sadly, time has run out, and her condition is now critical.
Cenah has been my anchor through so much of life. Watching her battle end-stage kidney failure from across the world has been agonizing, but the thought of not being able to hold her hand and say a final goodbye is devastating.
Travelling from New Zealand to the US this November is my last chance to see Cenah before she passes away. The expenses for urgent overseas travel, flights, travel insurance, and basic accommodation near her...are simply beyond what I can manage alone.
