Orakei Playday Sandpit Cover Replacement and Sunshade

We are fundraising to buy a replacement sand pit cover (ours was stolen last year) and also a new sunshade for our outdoor area.

We need a new sandpit cover to replace the one that was stolen last year (sadly, it wasn't worth making an insurance claim) - having a cover is important as it stops leaves getting into the sandpit (as well as more unsavoury things, like the neighbourhood cats!).

We also want to purchase a new sunshade for outside to protect our littlies from the beautiful but harsh NZ sun.

Orakei Playday Preschool is proudly operated as a non-profit, community based, early childhood service. We are licenced for 25 children aged 20 months to 5 years. At the heart of the Playday experience is building open, caring and responsive relationships. This enables our children to learn through playing, exploring, growing and making mistakes while streching their boundaires safely and having fun. It is a place where real partnership with families is valued.
