wow, this is going so well, I am now close to halfway with the book and it is taking on a life of its own.....keep an eye out this Sunday for the Herald on Sunday, I have done an interview there about my journey and the hopefully upcoming book. Thanks for the support so far and please help me spread the word and get awareness out there....I know we can do this....

  • and we continue to try and get awareness out there

      12 January 2016

so the fun run has been and gone, but we are still trying to raise awareness of organ donation....the decision has been made to keep this page open and attempt to get the funds raised to self publish my story....I know I am not a cute fluffy kitty that needs a home or a victim of a tragic accident, however Organ Donation Awareness is something very close to my heart (pardon the pun) and it is important to me and those around me that this story gets told....please feel free to share the link....I and anyone else who needs or receives a transplant or even the info that can be gained from this exercise will be grateful....thanks people.

  • so today was the day

      9 January 2016

thanks be to God for a beautiful day, thanks for keeping Grant safe and a very Happy 40th Birthday to you Grant....I wish I had been there to see you come in, however I sadly had to attend the funeral of my very dear friends mother....and now although I feel heartbroken over her loss I can give thanks to God, Grant and everyone who has made this wonderful event possible. Lets get the awareness out there.........I am sure Grant will give my speech with the aplomb and enthusiasm he puts into everything......
