Our Boy Noah J
Auckland
Kia Ora Whanau & Friends,
Our world has been shaken. On Friday 29th August Noah was diagnosed with a very rare blood disorder PNH stands for Paroxysmal Nocturnal Hemoglobinuria, a rare, acquired blood disorder.
He also has Aplastic Anemia. He is been looked after very well by the Doctors and Nurses and will be in hospital for some time as he needs to get all the right treatments. We are still in so much shock with the news, he will be going through some really intense treatments and has already. Also the treatment cost is very expensive and he will be having bone marrow transplant with daily blood & Platelets transfusion. We are very in the unknown at the moment.
Noah has been so strong, brave and is ready for the right treatment.
Our boy has good spirits and is ready for this, we as a Whanau want to help support his Mum Nic & Dad Troy through this difficult time as they navigate through this, so we have created this page to help them be there for Noah 💯 to support him and be by his side.
The financial support will be so so helpful for the Jensen Whanau during this difficult time.
All funds will go directly to Nic & Troy to help support Noah and give him the love and guidance from his parents.
Please at this time we need to give Noah Nic & Troy some Respect for their space and time to process all of this.
From the bottom of our hearts
Thank you all for the support

Medical expenses, we are currently unsure of which treatments will be publicly funded and we will post a page update once this has been confirmed.

Watching you walk back onto the rugby league field after everything you’ve been through is something we’ll never take for granted ❤️🏉
The last while has tested all of us in ways we never imagined — aplastic anemia, chemotherapy, radiation, and a bone marrow transplant — but your strength, courage, determination, and attitude through it all has been unbelievable.
We’re beyond proud of you and so grateful to everyone who helped along the way — family, friends, Haematology medical staff, and your donor.
This comeback is bigger than sport. ❤️
Much love Noah, from all our Whanau x
