Our Friend needs your support. Let's support her during her Cancer Treatment!

Whangarei, Northland

Stacey (only 31) has been diagnosed with grade 3 breast cancer. Unfortunately, the cancer has already spread further into her lymph node under her arm spreading aggressively.

They currently doing more tests.

She needs to start with a higher dose chemo before they can proceed with an operation, whether it will be a full breast mastectomy or partial, we are unsure at this stage. This is going to make her really sick and tired. She is a school teacher and love teaching.

Stacey arrived in New Zealand about 7 months ago where she joined Terry-Lee (Sister) and their family. She is fortunate enough to have their emotional support during this difficult time.

Her Mum and Dad is in a state of their sudden news and not in a financial position to jump on a flight to be here for their baby girl, care for her during this treatment and support Terry-Lee while caring for her sister.

Flights are currently so expensive; the cost for only one person to travel (± $3,500 per person).

Let’s support Stacey to have her parents here supporting and caring for her while she must go through her chemo treatment and be together as a Family.

I am reaching out and hope you can find it in your heart to contribute towards this good cause.

I met Stacey through her sister Terry-Lee, one of my dearest and closest friends. We got along very quickly and have spend a lot of time together since she arrived 7 month's ago.

Use of funds

We hoping to book flights for her parents to join her in New Zealand. If we don't meet the target this can still be a contribution to getting flights for them or at least for one parent to be here with her.

Hi All Donor's

Stacey got her first chemo and although she is very tired she is doing ok.

I like to say Thank you to each and everyone of Stacey's donors toward getting her parents here. I know she and her sister is astonish and thankful for everyone who contributed to this cause.

She recently added a thank you on her socials and I am happy to share it here.

A bit of a long read but so worth reading.
