We are wanting to bring a little cheer to our town! We want to light up Kerikeri, and to do this, we need your help.

Our Kerikeri is a community-led movement that focuses on unlocking the potential that exists in Kerikeri. As a volunteer group, we promote positive change across 4 wellbeings which includes environmental, cultural, social and economic, in order to create a better future for our children. We empower individuals, businesses, community groups and visitors to make their voice heard and then act, in order to create a town that is thriving, healthy, sustainable and easy to live and work in.

This year after such a difficult time for many of the families in our community, we are wanting to bring a little cheer to our town. We want to light up Kerikeri, and to do this, we need your help.

The Christmas lights that are required are somewhat above our current funds, and we feel that if our community would be happy to donate a few dollars we could raise the extra money needed.

Our tamariki deserve to have a sparkly Christmas, as things WILL be different this year due to the current economic climate.

About us

Our Kerikeri is a group of local volunteers who are passionate about our amazing town. Like many towns and cities all over NZ, we promote positive change including environmental, cultural, social and economic, in order to create a better future.

Use of funds

The funds will be used to pay for Christmas lights & their installation in Kerikeri. If things don't go to plan, this money will be used on related projects in our town.
