Outward Bound

In April I will be going on Outward Bound on the Mind, Body & Soul course. I need to fundraise for the rest of the cost of the course itself, ferry there and back and also the gear list to be able to go. There is something inside me that I want to discover. Those who know me well would describe me as kind, shy, strong, friendly and down to earth. Outward Bound would challenge me to tackle my shyness while developing my strength and empathy. Going on Outward bound would empower me to challenge myself, see what I'm capable of, push me to my limits and discover more about my personality. I hope to gain and meet new friends, communicate more and gain some leadership. In addition to this, I would like to become fitter physically stronger and lose weight in order to see a positive change in myself. I hope to come out of this amazing experience with a positive mindset that will allow me to face my fears, overcome them and have more confidence.
