Currently Pace has been experiencing severe and worsening gastrointestinal symptoms and has developed new respiratory/cardiac symptoms as well. Pace has had lengthy waits and declines from the public health system regarding access to tests and getting answers. We have been required to go down the private route and Pace has a colonoscopy on Tuesday (10/05) and then is seen by a gastroenterologist in Wellington in late May. We are hoping for a PET scan also. Everything is currently being funded by family but due to the amount of investigations and tests we decided to develop this page to assist us in getting Pace the diagnoses and treatment that he so desperately needs.

Pace is having an operation on the 19th to remove his gallbladder and have an explore in the abdomen. You have all helped to make this happen so thank you very much from the bottom of our hearts ❤️
