Please help Paddy get his money back as a gesture of good will, a little from a lot to show that people are innately good.

This week, someone within our close friend circle has stolen money from our housemate Paddy. They intentionally went into his room, opened his drawers and unwrapped a bag while unsupervised in our home, unscrewed a pottle and took $275 in notes and coins, put everything back leaving only a few coins, but also leaving a few coins at the door on his way out. I received 2 private messages, independently of each other after posting about this on face book, both beautiful people offering to put $20 into a 'Paddy fund' .....and so this idea was born as a ways to make this happen. I have done this on give a little simply for the ease of being able to donate anonymously (Ah Hmmm) and give as little or as much as you would like, any donation would be greatly appreciated.
I involved because paddy is my housemate, and i feel partly responsible. This happened within our circle or friends, and I am appealing to all our circle of friends to help make it right. I want to show him how awesome our friends really are, how love always wins, and that i'm sorry there was a bad egg in there.
Paddy works hard and saves hard and is careful with every penny spent which makes this even worse for him, and for us having someone break the trust that we so openly and lovingly give in our home. We always have an open door policy, and someone has knowingly used this against us. If by some miracle, whoever took it has a conscience, they can give back via these means anonymously. If this actually happens, then i will return all the other money donated.
