Paisley, Ralphie and Knoxie need their Mum

$19,595 of $30,000 goal
Given by 210 generous donors in over a year

We continue to hope for a miracle but our new goal is to help Anne live as long as possible for her “babies.”

Canterbury

In March this year (2020) Anne was diagnosed with brain cancer. Since then she has had brain surgery and VMAT (targeted) radiotherapy. Although those tumours are responding well to the radiation, a recent scan has shown that there are multiple new tumours growing. When asked, the oncologist responded that “some people live for six months.”

Anne will now be going through whole-brain radiation and further chemotherapy. The oncology radiologist was apologetic for the side-effects that Anne is going to go through.

There is evidence that IV Vitamin C (high doses) is effective in the treatment of brain cancer and ameliorating the side effects of radiation. Anne’s doctor has recommended that she have this treatment. This will involve two treatments each week for as long as possible (goal is six months.) Each treatment costs $240. ($12,480 over six months.) Anne is continuing with her other therapies.

Donations received will be used to pay for the IV Vitamin C and the other therapies Anne is using e.g. probiotics, ‘green shots’ (whole nutrition supplement), detox products, bilberry juice, Hoxsey treatment (Mexico), etc. Many of these are recommended by her doctor. These all cost about $2,000 each month.

In March 2016, Anne was diagnosed with breast cancer. Over the next months/years she had mastectomy then further surgeries to remove new tumours. A lesion was found in her bone and Anne went through chemotherapy in January 2018. Following the chemo, she had almost two years with “no evidence of disease.”

During that time, Anne had an unexpected miracle! Ralph and Knox are now two years old. Their big sister, Paisley is five years old.

Throughout this journey, Anne has worked hard on doing everything that she can to beat this cancer. She has been eating a healthy diet (organic, no sugar, etc.); taking her nutritional supplements targeted at building her immune system and suppressing/killing the cancer; working on her mental & emotional health; and other therapies e.g. infrared sauna.

The medical people are surprised that Anne has NO cancer through her body. Although she has metastasized cancer, her body is doing what it is meant to be doing and has remained clear of cancer. Now we need to help her brain do the same.

Some people have been asking what they can do. Contact me for other ideas.

The fact that Anne is nearing the five-year-survival-rate goal is due to the prayers, kindness and generosity of so many friends and strangers.

I am most thankful to and for each of you.
