Cancer turned into heart failure

We're reaching out with our hearts on our sleeve, asking for help for our mum, who has been fighting grade 3 breast cancer for the past 17 months.

December 2024, During Christmas time, our mum was diagnosed with two of the most rare breast cancers at the same time. Aggressive Lymphatic vascular invasion also Aggressive invasive ductal carcinoma.

After 16 rounds of chemo she had to stop treatment as it was affecting her nerves causing permanent neuropathy. This was followed by radiation and monthly hormone injections. But recently, things have become even more challenging. After having an xray for what was thought to be pneumonia, mum was told she is in irreversible heart failure, due to the chemo and radiation treatment. Her heart is now functioning at 30%, her doctors are aiming to get her to 50%.

Her partner Mike has taken time off working to care for her and their children full time. As you can imagine, this has placed a huge financial strain on the family. Bills have quickly piled up into the thousands, and the stress of making ends meet has become overwhelming on top of everything else they are going through.

We are asking, if you are able, to please support our family during this time. Any contribution, no matter how small, will go directly towards covering essential living costs, medical expenses, and helping ease the burden so they can focus on what matters most, her health and time together as a family.
