Our Services Academy is now in its second year at Papakura High School. This is a military-style program that supports our more challenged youth. Our programme is centered around our school values and 3CI values from the New Zealand Army; as our students learn these values and begin to believe in themselves, they, in turn, begin to achieve NCEA credits. Everyday our students complete learning that creates a whānau environment; our students know that someone has their back.

We have doubled in the number of students since launching our program and we are running some fundraising opportunities to help keep this program running for the benefit our of students.

Our Staff, Eparaima and Alby have set a challenge!

Run/Walk 4 miles (6.4km) every 4 hours for 48 hours!

Our students are expected to run/walk at least one of these time slots each and gain sponsorship to support this endeavor. Our students will choose other times slots to run over the weekend as well.
