Paradise City Fire Victims

Being an Ex-NZ Police officer from California I always want to help. Watching my home state go through everything it has this year with the wildfires, has made my heart sink. After the Carr Fire almost burned down my home town of Redding - causing family and friends to evacuate their homes - I was devastated. Luckily for them (but not others) their houses where spared.

Now with the Camp Fire (Paradise Fire), which is the worst in Californian history, 88 lives have been taken and hundreds still missing and the whole town of Paradise, California has been destroyed. Some very close friends have family who lived there and they have lost everything.

The world has responded and helped by sending firefighters to assist, but I'm asking you to give as much as you can so we can get supplies to the victims who have nothing.

This includes the Police, Fire Fighters and other First Responders who live there and are still serving the community. There are 18 Officers and support staff who have lost everything and continue to serve the community.

It's going into winter over there and it's getting very cold. Imagine you loose everything but the clothes on your back, wouldn't an extra jacket or even a pair of socks make your day that little brighter? Even if you can only give enough to donate a cup of coffee, anything and everything will be appreciated.
