The Programme is an intense and structured capacity building process for 13-15year old boys and their fathers/mentors, designed and facilitated by an experienced team of men. The programme has profound impact on the father-son relationship. We are seeking sponsorships to support 10 youth and fathers to attend in April 2013.
About us
Our research indicates men completing our programmes are powerful agents for personal/cultural change. They demonstrate greater emotional intelligence, show more awareness of their strengths and vulnerabilities and are communicating more effectively in relationships. They participate more actively as parents, take more responsibility for their actions and show greater ability to reach out to other men in crisis in their communities/workplaces.
