Standing up for my parents livelihood and fight for their rights!
Te Awamutu, Waikato
I am putting this out for our parents. If you know me Jodie Perrett, eldest Daughter to (Neil Perrett (Onny) and Janette Perrett). Who I am, I would never ask for help and support in any situation. They are our parents and great people who have helped us get to where we are. What they are going through has blown my mind recently being stripped of all of their cows and livelihood. Without having legal representation. At their age in their 70s they have had all their assets taken from them. They don't own a home all their assets were in the cows/herd. If you have ever had the privilage to have known our parents in life and had been apart of their journey. It maybe through rugby, Couching Rugby, and Farming. Please help out in a contribution to the cause, I am fighting for them to set things right and get what they are entilteld too. It is hard to see my parents being treated this way. Truth, Honour and respect for life is what should be fought for. Financial support to fight this is a struggle, going forward we would appreciate any help that comes our way and get their Cows (mums girls) back and livelihood and prove that friends and family will override anything.

Update on bringing back My parents livelyhood 11 March 2026
Hi to all that have supported our parents. An update on their progress for their future they deserve. They have gone past the first stages and are successful in going to high court to prove their case in June which is a huge advantage for them. We would like to thank everyone who has contributed to this and it has not gone unnoticed, we appreciate all the support we can get to help our parents for their rights in fighting for what is right and going against all odds against bullies. thanks again and we will keep you posted. Kia Kaha!!
