Peter Heron who ran 6km with his family and friends in 2016,. plans to walk the 6km Round the Bridges this time with his fellow Parkinsonians. Over the last two years Peter has had brain surgery on three separate occasions and since his last operation he has found it difficult to run but knows the importance of exercise in those with Parkinsons.

The money donated will go to help subsidize activities such as boxing, singing and dancing, all once a week with the gym sessions twice a week . Funds may also be used to get appropriate speakers for the monthly meetings for us to gain further information on how we can best live with this disease.
