Pierre Esquilat

As many as you know our friend Pierre Esquilat is suffering from bowel cancer.

After catching up with Pierre he explained his very strict organic/no sugar diet and vitamin C treatment he has been on for over a year now. It has done well at holding the tumour at bay however it has failed to shrink it. Pierre has decided to start radiation which he is currently undergoing in Christchurch over the next 6 weeks & with surgery being the option to go forward with after that if all fails.

Pierre has been such an asset to the Hokitika community over the last 30 odd years with the old Cafe de Paris he has put Hokitika on the map internationally and has been so giving and generous to not only me but to so many others. I would love to help him out, however can't do it on my own.

So if you can please give something small to help this great family beat this horrible disease. The funds would help to forwards his expensive vitamin C treatment and ongoing costs. A little help will go such a long way and hopefully make this a lot less stressful.
