G M Remedial Massage is Empowering Communities Through "Pay It Forward" Kiwi-wellness Massage Vouchers.

Dunedin, Otago

Hi there, I'm Gina-Marie. I am dedicated to helping individuals from underprivileged backgrounds with their mental and physical well-being through my Pay it Forward (PIF) massage voucher system.

I aim to raise $850-1000 each month to provide ten to twelve 60-minute remedial massage treatments. These vouchers will be distributed to the Life Matters charity, Community Service Card holders and through WINZ office notice boards.

Why Massage?

There is evidence that insomnia can lead to various health issues. It is predominantly caused by stress, affecting those in the lower socioeconomic group the most. Massage is a comprehensive method for reducing stress and improving insomnia. It impacts muscle tension, blood flow, hormone exchange, and heart rates, reducing cortisol levels and increasing serotonin, dopamine, and oxytocin. It also promotes improved joint movement and alleviates body aches and pains.

So please help us improve others' lives by visiting our Pay it Forward page at https://gmremedial.co.nz/PayItForward.html

All Pay it Forward Kiwi-Wellness voucher system will be available on our social media pages - Facebook (GMRemedialNZ) and Twitter (@GMRemedial)
