Please help us to raise money for Bibi's parents who have been the victims of a horrific attack and robbery.

Kia ora koutou e te whānau
We as a centre have set up this fundraising page to ask for your help to raise some money for Bibi's parents. Some of you may know and for those that don't - her parents were attacked and robbed in their home recently.
On Sunday 14th April Bibi received a phone call from her aunt informing her that her parents had been attacked by thieves in their home in Botswana. Her father was stabbed in the neck with a screw driver and her my mum was hit on the head with a hammer. They also sustained other injuries. The robbery seemed well orchestrated as the family dogs were killed and specific demands were made (e.g; keys to the gun safe). Her father has been struggling with his arm since the attack as they sat on his arm in order to overpower and have them both bound.
The thieves stole their Landcruiser which had been purchased for farming use and bought with retirement money. They also stole electronics - TV, laptop, cellphones, as well as bedding, toiletries, her father's hunting guns, and a farmer's hat collection (some of extreme sentimental value).
The police traced the car using her parents' cellphone and it appears that they have escaped to Zimbabwe.
Bibi and her whānau are just thankful to God that they are alive.
This news is devastating. My heart goes out to her parents - that they have had to experience this horrific attack and of course now be left with nothing.
If you can, please donate to help Bibi's parents get back on their feet.
Thank you
