Please help bring Rover Over!

I am emigrating to New Zealand from South Africa and don't want to leave my fur baby behind. Please help me to raise funds.

Auckland

Rover is the most beautiful and loving tri-marle dapple dachshund who is currently living with me in South Africa. My parents and I have made the decision to emigrate to NZ to pursue a better life. Rover is only one and a half years old and I can't even imagine having to leave him behind. I started doing research to see what my options were to take Rover with me. The only thing getting in my way was the outrageous fee of the process. I still couldnt imagine leaving my fur baby so I took all my savings I had put aside a while back and started the emigration process and had great hope that it would work out.. somehow! I managed to pay Keringa Petwings (South Africa) the total amount of R14,659.23 (approximately $1460) but unfortunatly time has come to a deadline and I still have an outstanding fee of $1531.47 to cover the quarantine , Pethaven (New Zealand).

I have cut my pride to ask for anything you can give to make this happen. The smallest donation will take Rover a couple miles closer to NZ. Your help will be greatly appreciated.

Should there be remaining donations once this goal has been reached, the money will be donated to the animal shelter.

The beneficiary is my sister. She is already in New Zealand and is helping me out to raise funds for my dog Rover.

Use of funds

The funds will be used to help me pay for Rover's quarantine when arriving from South Africa.

The main goal is to raise NZ $1531.47.

If there is any surplus I will donate it to the animal shelter.

Rover will soon be in NEW ZEALAND!!   9 February 2019

Just a quick update on Rover boude(bums)❤️

Rover will be flying out from South Africa on the 19 Feb 2019 and landing in NZ on the 21 Feb 2019.

This would of not been possible if it was not for you all... You have helped me bring part of my life over!!!!

We still have a few $ to go but I believe It will be furfilled before Rover touches down in NZ🙌🏻😎

I have received the worst messages about me bringing my dog over and asking for little help (donations)... I just want to say that I have sat back and thought about it.. ... Guess what!!! I would do it in an blink of an eye again..... Meaning that I will of never ever leave my baby back here in SA.

If you have an animal and you are RELOCATING or moving into a place that does not accommodate your fur babies then you don't GO!!! MAKE ANOTHER PLAN. Just as I did... Put my pride in my pocket and asked for the tiniest donation and if you cant Donate hit the share button.

I will personally make it my mission to help other south africans or even other people from around the globe to help bring their fur babies over...

New Zealand you are beautiful and your people even more beautiful.

To the South Africans that has also helped with sharing or donating the tiniest funds you too have brought hope to our nation that we do still can stand as one!!!

Faith in humanity restored 💕

P. S. The image that is attached was hand painted for me for a Christmas gift. I cried for so long. My most favorite Christmas gift of all time.

I guess the people know me that my dog is literally my EVERYTHING 💕
