This page has been created to help Lillian and her Whanau due to a stroke
Palmerston North, Manawatu-Wanganui
on 9th December Saturday night Lillian was with her children at home and collapsed. She was rushed from Palmerston North to Wellington due to a brain bleed. She had suffered a stroke and has gone in for multiple surgeries on her brain to stop the bleeds/aneurysms.
Lillian has suffered from migraines and headaches for quite some time but we never knew that it would result in this.
Lillian is a single mother to 6 beautiful children and has been doing this role for many years alone. She has always put others before herself and always made sure there was food on the table at the end of the day.
We are trying to raise money for her and her Whanau’s expenses including medical expenses, travel, food, ongoing support and to help her family get through this extremely hard time as she is not working and majority of her children are under the age of 18 and still at school.
As this is a brain injury her recovery will take some time, she is able to make facial expressions and move her limbs at times spontaneously, we hope to hear her speak soon and eventually wake up ok on her own
We understand the time of the year is extremely hard financially however we appreciate any donation to help her and her whanau.
God bless x
Lillian is my mother in law, Fontaine is her son.
The money will be put towards medical expenses, travel, food and her children’s costs.
