Please Help Me to Get married to the love of my life

I met my partner in 2014, it was love at first sight and we got engaged in 2017

I Have a rear Genetic disorder Called Cystinosis which affect only 2,000 people worldwide I currently take 52 tablets a day to keep me alive unfortunately because of my Terminal illness I am unable to work enough to be able to save up.

My Partner is 23 years old and had a brain injury when she was 5 years old which has it's own Challengers unfortunately because of past event's she has now been diagnosed with acute Phycosis and extreme depression and because of this is unable to work.

With my Condition being extremely rare in New Zealand we do not get the treatments that other countries get and because of that life expectancy in New Zealand is no more than 35.

Cystinosis is a rare disease that is typically diagnosed prior to age 2. Cystinosis is a genetic metabolic disease that causes an amino acid, cystine, to accumulate in various organs of the body. Cystine crystals accumulate in the kidneys, eyes, liver, muscles, pancreas, brain, and white blood cells.
