Once in a lifetime trip for my son

Whanau and friends Kayzen has been selected to participate at the Las Vegas Basketball Tournament in July 2024. This will be the 9th Tour of Duty for New Zealand Storm Basketball and it presents amazing opportunities for our selected athletes. Unfortunately it is totally self funded so any contributions you can make toward Kayzens road to Las Vegas would be greatly appreciated.

Around April this year Kayzen was in-between wanting to play rugby with his cousins on their team or go back to his team but he just missed out on both sides so he was kind of sad but then an opportunity kind of fell into place for kayzen with getting a chance to play basketball with his best friend Hohua and jumped at the chance to play for Storm.

Kayzen never ever thought to give basketball a go and he loves it, this team has given my son his confidence on the court as they uplift each other and support one another, the courage to take risks at every game and succeed while playing, pretty good for only coming together this year as a team. So to be given this once in a lifetime opportunity is just the best and I would so love for him to be able to go, I just don't have the means to send him at the moment as I'm finding it hard financially, I want to do everything in my power to get him there and ive nearly exhausted everything for him and this is the last thing I can think of, if his dad was still here earthside with us he would so give him the world, keep watching over him babe ❤️ thank you
