Please help my Gran

My Gran has type 2 diabetes. It is public knowledge that fruit is good for you and Gran took that a bit too far and, in her time, went a bit overboard on the fruit. Due to diabetic medication being so expensive (Victoza, not fully funded) she cannot afford it and has started to get medical complications. She has started to become quite ill, but the medication can help her to live her life to the fullest again. This lady has raised me for most of my life giving me everything that I wanted and needed when I was little. This is something that I can help with to repay her for all the time and effort she put into me when I was a child. She has been such a large part of my life, and I hope she will continue to be. Can you please help her so that I can spend many more years with my beloved Gran. Anything would help thank you so much in advance for all your kindness.
