I am in great need of transport to help my son with his recovery and when he finally is allowed to leave the brain clinic.
Canterbury
Hi I'm Jennifer Hogg and this is my son Corrie Hogg. My son on the 20th of December 2018 had a very serious car accident he has brain damage to punchered lungs and a severely broken leg. Corrie and I will be leaving Nelson Hospital and go into the Christchurch brain clinic for anywhere from 6 months maybe 12 months and maybe more. My son has given me permission but he probably won't remember to put a page up on givealittle and to put his photo up with me to see if I can raise some funds to buy me a car. I live on the other side of Christchurch to where my son will be living we have only one bus that takes us to the Burwood Hospital from my area. I struggle and my own life with Osteoporosis rheumatoid arthritis in my feet and rest and I have a terrible thyroid situation which causes fluid and by feet. I struggle at home even to do my own groceries so to be able to have a car to go and help my son recover everyday as I have been doing since the 20th of December through to now the 2nd of January I would be so happy and I know my son would be happy for me if I could have my own transport to get me to the hospital to allow me to do my own shopping. I just don't know what else I can say I'm hurting inside because of what has happened to my son book stop I am crying now just asking for help and I think anyone from the bottom of my heart who is willing to help us.
A vehicle for myself I am a beneficiary no savings vehicle is to help save my son. My aim would it be $6,000. If this goes above there's money would be used for gas 4 days I may be able to take my son out maybe. Anything my son may need and personal items
