Nelly got hit by a speeding car and has broken her left leg femur bone. Please if you could gift anything it would be greatly appreciated

My puppy Nelly was involved in a hit and run caused by a speeding driver outside the Petone Library. She broke her left leg femur bone & had to spend Saturday night in the Wellington After Hours Vets on an oxygen mask because she had blood around her lungs and bruising on her organs. She fought hard and survived the night. Nelly now needs to have a pin put in her leg to enable her to walk again other wise she will have to have it cut off. Please is you could help Nelly that would be greatly appreciated.
