Please help our beautiful rescued Molly with surgery

Have you tried Shark Cartilage? It works wonders for injuries, arthritis, mobility and pain relief. It is non toxic and no side effects and is reasonably priced and easily added to dog's meat as it has no taste. I recommend trying this with your dog. My dog had an injury when ran into a closed ranch slider door. Xrays showed between the C5 and C6 the discs were touching bone on bone. The vet said there was nothing I could do except give pain relief. All I added was Shark Cartilage and I took my dog back to the vet 2 months later and the vet did a thorough examination and there was no sign of any pain.
